Queen of Hearts came to us carrying more than just her puppies — she was also carrying the pain of a previous hit-and-run accident. Even so, she remained cheerful, pouring everything she had into caring for her three tiny, potato-shaped puppies.
She proved an amazing caretaker, and when her mommy duties were finished, it was finally Queenie’s turn to be cared for. She received the surgery she needed and healed beautifully. Today, she is vibrant and full of life, and her whole body wags when she greets you — as if she already knows her best days are still ahead.
Her puppies have found their happily ever after, and now she is hoping her own family is just around the corner.
Tiana waited, too. At just nine months old, she had already spent nearly two-thirds of her life with us. Gentle and quiet by nature, Tiana found comfort in calm spaces where she could settle in slowly, often tucked beneath a warm blanket. When she felt safe, her loud, rumbling purr said everything. She may be shy at first, but with patience and soft head scratches, she blossoms into the sweetest, most devoted companion.
